By enrolling in our dog training program, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this document. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided

Notify the trainer of any behavioral concerns or health issues before sessions.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24-48hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full before the first session/upon booking. Payment is processed through third-party platforms, including Stripe.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted only in cases of [medical issues, relocation, etc.], at the sole discretion of Urban Canine.
8. Liability Waiver
You agree that Urban Canine is not liable for:
